Defender is a panel made of recycled polypropylene and is designed to protect basement walls and provide optimal water drainage.

Our product combines the advantages of a dimpled membrane and gravel system in a single product. Defender protects the waterproofing while also providing ventilation, preventing moisture buildup.

In addition to protecting the waterproofing during the backfill operations, Defender is also strong enough to resist the horizontal forces created by large quantities of soil resting against a structure and prevents roots from growing into the waterproofing.

Defender is very affordable, costing 15-20% less compared to standard gravel and dimpled membrane systems.
