Elevetor Tank is a modular formwork system designed for the construction of cast-in-place detention tanks, water storage tanks, and fire-fighting reservoirs.
 
The system offers maximum design freedom, enabling fully customizable structures in terms of shape, size, and height.
 
Thanks to the special geometry of the Elevetor and Elevetor Max formworks, it is possible to create high-strength slabs with reduced concrete thickness, optimizing material consumption and lowering structural loads.
 
This construction technology ensures high mechanical performance, rapid installation, and long-term durability.
 
The resulting structure provides high load-bearing capacity and is suitable for installation beneath trafficked areas subject to heavy loads. The formworks can be assembled to achieve heights of up to 3 meters, making Elevetor Tank suitable for large-volume tanks.

Advantages

    The dome-shaped geometry of the Elevetor formworks allows cover slabs with thicknesses ranging from 5 to 15 cm, depending on design loads, significantly reducing the required concrete volume.

    Elevetor modules (58 × 58 cm) and Elevetor Max modules (71 × 71 cm) enable the construction of tanks of virtually any shape and size, ensuring maximum design flexibility.

  • Stackability and Optimized Logistics

    The formworks are stackable, allowing transportation of up to 75 m² (Elevetor) and 282 m² (Elevetor Max) of surface area per pallet, significantly reducing transport and handling costs.

  • Simple and Fast Installation

    The patented bases simplify the positioning of Ø 125 mm PVC support pipes, ensuring alignment, stability, and perfect verticality during concrete casting.

  • High Storage Capacity

    The system allows structures up to 3 meters in height, making it ideal for large underground tanks.

  • Environmental Sustainability

    Manufactured from 100% regenerated plastic, Elevetor Tank contributes to reduced environmental impact and integrates perfectly with CAM, LEED, and BREEAM projects.
