Hathaway House redevelopment, London, UK
New residential development Hathaway House in central London replaced the old devastated buildings. Two new mixed-use buildings were in lack of public and parking space, so a large underground space was built under new complex. The underground level contains parking, waste storage, plant, and an accumulation tank.
New Elevetor Tank was used to create large underground tank for rainwater accumulation. The water might be reused for irrigation of for fire protection. It also serves to prevent the rainwater run-off. Other accumulation tank offers are:
- Serves for drainage of surrounding public surface,
- Accumulates rainwater for reuse or releases it into sewage,
- Incorporates successfully into landscape design,
- Easy-installable and inspectable.
