Our construction products and engineering know-how are proven to increase both profitability and sustainability of construction projects for builders and users. Our research and design are dedicated to making sustainability the most profitable option for real estate investors, architects, engineers, builders, and users. Our mission is to make all building projects more profitable and more sustainable.
Our first product was Modulo launched in 1998. Since then, we have created an additional 41 products which improve sustainability and building performance in terms of energy efficiency, resilience, reducing CO2 emissions, seismic resistance, occupant safety, worksite safety, and many other parameters.
Our products are supported by a team of specialized engineers available to train and consult on any size and type building project. We constantly produce training programs, webinars, solution analysis, insights, and share our know-how with the community. We heavily invest in software and other tools which can further share our sustainability and engineering know-how.
Geoplast employs more than 60 people, with a team of 10 engineers who are dedicated to research and consulting. Our global network of suppliers and partners are based in all major cities on nearly every continent, most notably in Asia, Africa, USA, Russia, and the entirety of Europe.
Our belief that the environment and the industry can coexist and mutually support each other has been our core motivation ever since we were founded in 1974. We have been dedicated to sustainability and environmental protection long before it was a trend. We have invested in machinery, ranging from wind generators, plastic recycling machines, and other Geoplast products.
Our three manufacturing plants are located in Padova, Italy with a total surface of 40.000 m², 10.000 m² of which are under cover. We have 26 manufacturing lines: 2 regeneration and 24 injection moulding machines, with clamp forces ranging from 400 to 3,500 tons and an injection capacity of up to 61 kg. These combined manufacturing lines have a throughput capacity of over 25,000 tons and produces over 20 million parts per year.
