Made of an elastic material with ribs of minimum thickness 5 mm, GEOFLOR is the right choice for parking areas placed on existing lawns. Quick and easy to lay, GEOFLOR produces excellent natural results.
Especially suitable for the passage of heavy vehicles, RUNFLOOR offers a wide selection of products, all of them made of high performant elastic material (Low Density Polyethylene) and minimum 4 mm thick ribs, which can support a load of 600 t/mq.
GEOGRAVEL is ideal for gravel parkings: the micro-perforated base ensures natural drainage while preventing the gravel to get under the ribs, thus avoiding the lifting of the grid and the need of further costly restorations. More on water infiltration and environmental danger
In a non-urbanized territory about half of rainwater infiltrates into the ground contributing to the recharge of aquifers, one of the main sources for water supply. The progressive urbanization is leading to increasing soil sealing, which produces a seriously reduced water infiltration into the ground and an increase in surface runoff. According to the latest European Commission report, every day 250 hectars of land are cemented in Europe; at this rate, in less than a century an area corresponding to the territory of Hungary will be rainproofed. The alteration of natural water balance involves the depletion of groundwater resources as well as very serious problems in the supervision of water flowing along impermeable surfaces, especially during emergency situations. The increase in the frequency and intensity of flood events is an evident proof of this danger. We should urgently begin to apply construction solutions able to restore as much as possible the natural hydrogeological balance of the land. Geogravel and Runfloor allow to realize gravel and grass surfaces which help water infiltration into the soil, at the same time limiting runoff.
LOCK SYSTEM
The innovative bayonet twist lock simplifies installation and ensures a perfect connection between the grids. The characteristic "click" indicates that the connection was successful. It is possible and recommended to pre-assemble the elements of the grids before laying it, in order to speed up the installation. RUNFLOOR lock system consolidates the structure, reduces the work during the laying and filling phases and avoids the lifting of the grids.
WARNING CAP
This cap can be used for demarcation of parking lots, restricted areas, etc. It is available in white or yellow and has a non-slip surface and a ground anchoring pin. The diameter of the cap is 9 cm, while the pin has is 7 cm long to guarantee perfect stability. 4 caps/m² are recommended for a perfect delimitation.
