Geoplast for agritecture
10 March 2021
Agritecture is a practice of incorporating agriculture into architecture. It is an important provider of local agriculture products, water & heat management and resilience, and overall sustainability. It is an even better version of green solutions due to its added value of agricultural produce. Typical examples can be farms on top of supermarkets which sell the produce. A cool example would be a rooftop vineyard in the center of Los Angeles, which we have not found yet.
This is how Geoplast products can help agriculture:
Drainroof is our high capacity drainage panel that can be used for the creation of both extensive and intensive green roofs. It is designed to hold a thicker layer of soil, and is suitable for both flat and sloped surfaces of up to 20%.
