Get to know Skynet

Skynet is the latest addition to our foundation products and the only lightweight fill formwork compliant with international building codes EC2, NTC2018, and ACI318.

Thanks to its unique set of components, Skynet replaces tons of concrete and filling materials with nothing but air, and at the same time provides the simplest installation, easy even for the unskilled worker.

Skynet elements

Skynet is composed of:

  • Skynet Dome and TX top formwork,
  • White Ø125 mm and orange Ø250-300 mm tubes,
  • Base 125 pedestals for concrete, Flex Base for soil, and spacers.

Skynet 4 step installation

1. Create the grid
1. Create the grid
Place the base pedestals on the ground and connect them with spacers. This creates a grid that routes the system and guides MEP installations, if necessary.
2. Place the tubes
2. Place the tubes
Place the white tubes in the pedestals and the orange ones according to project requirements. The white tubes will support the formwork, while the orange ones will cast the columns.
3. Place the formwork
3. Place the formwork
Place Skynet Domes on top of white tubes and Skynet TXs over orange ones. The Domes will cast the slab, while the TXs will help pour the columns.
4. Pour the concrete
4. Pour the concrete
Skynet simultaneously creates the lightened “waffle” slabs and load-bearing columns compliant with international codes. The white tubes stay empty to save concrete and make the project sustainably profitable.
