Varyant Tower, Bornova, Izmir

Varyant Tower Bornova is one of the highest building in İzmir. The tower has a hexagonal form gives a unique view over the Gulf of Izmir.

New Nautilus Evo has been preferred instead of the hollow-tile floor slab and was used on 20.000 sqm in this project. Using New Nautilus Evo, building loads are lightened, the resistance to earthquakes is increased and construction costs are reduced.
