New Elevetor and Salvaverde for a new jewellery production facility in Italy

The new production facility for the jewellery industry features New Elevetor and Salvaverde for the construction of functional foundations and green areas.

As part of the project, New Elevetor was used to create an elevated foundation system, forming a ventilated void beneath the concrete slab. Its modular elements can be assembled quickly on site and adapted to different heights, providing a practical solution for foundation construction.

New Elevetor also allows the foundation to be built with less concrete than traditional solid fill solutions, while its adjustable height makes it suitable for different construction requirements.

In the outdoor areas, Salvaverde was used to create green, load-bearing surfaces. Its modular elements stabilise grassed areas while allowing them to remain accessible to vehicles and pedestrians, making it suitable for driveways, parking areas and other outdoor spaces.

Together, New Elevetor and Salvaverde provide practical solutions for both the building foundations and its surrounding areas, combining efficient construction with functional green surfaces.
