Nad Al Sheba 3 Villas, Dubai

Nad Al Sheba 3 is a new sub-community in Dubai, situated south of the Dubai Creek.

Currently, 500 villas are under construction, are expected to be finished by 2018.

Geopanel Star, Geoplast's plastic formwork for columns and reinforced concrete walls, is used during construction.
