The new Fermo hospital uses Modulo across 765 m² of foundations, providing a raised void beneath the concrete slab.

Designed as a permanent formwork system, Modulo creates a ventilated space beneath foundations while reducing the volume of concrete needed to fill the foundation structure. Its lightweight components are quick to position and allow the system to be installed efficiently across large areas.

For the new Fermo hospital, Modulo was used over 765 m², contributing to the construction of the foundations of the new healthcare complex.

The project shows how Modulo can provide a practical solution for large-scale foundation construction, combining straightforward installation with an efficient raised-foundation design.
