The project involved the consolidation works on the whole structure of the arch bridge, built in 1958, which connects Saint-Philibert and La Trinité-sur-Mer, crossing the Crach river. These operations involved the widening of the pavement since the bridge was popular with tourists and photographers, asphalt repair, replacement of protective barriers and especially rebuilding of supporting pillars and beams.

The construction company chose the reusable Geotub formworks to restructure the round columns of the structure. Thanks to the versatility and the extreme lightness of the elements it was possible to move and assemble them on site with ease. The simplicity of formworks removal, without the use of release agents and cleaning with plain water, allowed to build columns in time significantly reduced.
