Hotel Veronesi La Torre building required varying lightweight structural fill heights and technical solutions. Geoplast Minimodulo, Modulo, and Multimodulo were selected to meet the structural and sustainability requirements. They were applied in the main renovation areas, forming lightweight ventilated structures and slabs across more than 1200 m² in different intervention zones.

Geocell was installed across over 500 m² ensuring effective surface drainage and soil stabilization while maintaining reduced structural thickness. High-capacity drainage performance was achieved with up to 91% void ratio.
