Aquabox Half solution successfully solved shallow-installation challenge at residential complex in Marcon, Venice
Building of residential complex in Marcon, Venice, faced stormwater management challenges due to the high outlet level of the existing sewage network.
To address this, Geoplast Consulting team selected the Aquabox Half stormwater storage solution, enabling shallow-depth installation while ensuring efficient water retention and infiltration. The underground stormwater infiltration system was constructed using 352 Aquaboxes, 8 Aquabox Cubes, and 712 Aquabox Half Bases to create a stormwater storage and infiltration basin.
The Aquabox Half Bases and Half Grids used in this project are specifically configured for low basin heights, for shallow installations.
Accessories such as the Half Base and Half Grid provide a stable lower level and effective side sealing, preventing soil ingress and ensuring long-term functionality.
