Tennis court for TCS Serenissima in Milan

The roof of a garage, an area of around 650 m2, between residential buildings in Milan has been transformed into a tennis court for Tennis Club Serenissima. The existing roof slab has been fitted with a new waterproofing and concrete roof to prevent water infiltration and also provide a flat and stable base for Gripper. The concrete roof has been covered with Gripper Tennis rough tiles, which have a low thickness and lightweight, and do not damage the stability of the existing structure. Gripper pavers are made from recycled plastic; they are reusable and recyclable, contributing to sustainability.
