Questo vale anche per l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Florida%27s_Turnpike\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">autostrada Turnpike<\/a> &#8211; designata come <strong>Strada Statale 91<\/strong> (<strong>SR 91<\/strong>) -, una strada a pedaggio nello stato americano della Florida che collega i Miami Gardens a Wildwood. Lunga 425.939 km, \u00e8 utilizzata quotidianamente da due milioni di automobilisti. Quando si sono resi necessari lavori di ampliamento e rifacimento, compresa la costruzione di un ponte che attraversa l&#8217;autostrada Turnpike, ogni passo doveva essere attentamente pianificato per evitare ulteriori congestioni del traffico e disagi per il pubblico.\r\n<h3>Soluzione<\/h3>\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/it\/prodotti\/casseforme\/geotub\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Geotub<\/a> di Geoplast \u00e8 stato lo strumento perfetto per produrre le grandi colonne circolari del ponte in modo semplice, veloce e soprattutto <strong>senza bloccare la carreggiata<\/strong>.\u00a0I lavori di ristrutturazione sono consistiti anche nella costruzione della nuova intersezione della Atlantic Avenue (SR 806) e nell&#8217;ampliamento della Turnpike dal sud dell&#8217;Atlantic Avenue al nord dell&#8217;Atlantic Avenue SR806.\r\n<h3>Prodotto utilizzato<\/h3>\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/it\/prodotti\/casseforme\/geotub\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Geotub<\/a> si adatta perfettamente a cantieri difficili, in quanto pu\u00f2 essere installato senza l&#8217;ausilio di gru o altri mezzi meccanici: i pannelli sono molto leggeri e possono essere movimentati manualmente da una sola persona. In questo caso si \u00e8 trattato di un&#8217;ottima scelta, perch\u00e9 ha permesso di <strong>realizzare velocemente le colonne<\/strong>, senza compromettere n\u00e9 il flusso del traffico n\u00e9 la sicurezza del lavoro in cantiere.\u00a0Le colonne sono alte 20&#8242; per 36&#8221; di diametro.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/it\/prodotti\/casseforme\/geotub\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Geotub<\/a>, grazie alla sua particolarit\u00e0 di consentire una <strong>rapida esecuzione dei lavori che non crea disagi al traffico<\/strong>, era gi\u00e0 stato scelto per un progetto simile in Irlanda: l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/it\/projects\/ampliamento-dellautostrada-m50-rotatoria-red-cow--dublino\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ampliamento dell&#8217;autostrada M50 a Dublino<\/a>.\u00a0Anche in quell&#8217;occasione i casseri <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/it\/prodotti\/casseforme\/geotub\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Geotub<\/a> sono stati particolarmente idonei per produrre in pochi giorni i grandi pilastri circolari del ponte (diametro 800 mm) senza dover bloccare una corsia supplementare dell&#8217;autostrada.\r\n<h3>Team<\/h3>\r\nIl progetto \u00e8 stato commissionato a <a href=\"http:\/\/condotteamerica.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Condotte America<\/a>, che opera negli Stati Uniti come appaltatore di lavori di infrastruttura stradale.
