“The sandown” a new residential area in the Parklands District of Cape Town.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n

\r\n\r\n\u202a#\u200eGEOTUBPANEL\u202c the modular formwork for square and rectangular columns was used in the famous residential district of Parklands, Cape Town.\r\n\r\nHere, Geoplast\u2019s innovative system for columns was the ideal solution for the development of a new residential area called\r\n“The Sandown”. These buildings will offer spacious living appartments with a wide range of leisure, entartainment and sport facilities.\r\n\r\nOur product allowed to fulfil the Architect\u2019s request that asked for an excellent finishing and no plastering. The formwork has proven to be perfect because of its fast installation and particularly smooth internal surface that always guarantees an excellent final result.\r\n\r\nThe project required 9 columns with short constraints, 4.50 mt high.\r\nThe right choice for the achievment of a project of high aesthetical impact.\r\n\r\nHave a look at the final result here: http:\/\/bit.ly\/TheSandown<\/a>\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n
