Per essere all\u2019altezza di questa ambizione, le fondazioni sono state costruite utilizzando Geoplast <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/it\/prodotti\/edilizia\/nuovo-elevetor\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Nuovo Elevetor<\/a>, riducendo il trasporto del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/it\/progetti\/campus-hfarm\/\" target=\"_blank\">97 %<\/a> e migliorando l\u2019efficienza dei costi e la sostenibilit\u00e0 del progetto.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<strong style=\"font-size:36px; line-height: 1.2;\">Riempimento con ghiaia: aumento dei costi di trasporto e dell\u2019impatto ambientale<\/strong>\r\n\r\nIl progetto richiedeva il riempimento della soletta del piano terra di 25.000 m\u00b2 a due diverse altezze: 105 cm e 125 cm. L\u2019utilizzo di materiali tradizionali come la ghiaia avrebbe richiesto 1.250 camion, con conseguenti elevati costi di trasporto e installazione. Il cliente necessitava di una soluzione innovativa per le fondazioni, pi\u00f9 efficace, economica e in linea con gli obiettivi di sostenibilit\u00e0 del progetto.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<strong style=\"font-size:36px; line-height: 1.2;\">Geoplast Nuovo Elevetor: 97\u202f% di camion in meno per la soletta del piano terra<\/strong>\r\n\r\nI nostri esperti hanno suggerito l\u2019uso di Nuovo Elevetor per la soletta del piano terra, poich\u00e9 offriva molteplici vantaggi per la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/it\/blog\/la-redditivita-sostenibile-e-il-nostro-approccio\/\" target=\"_blank\">redditivit\u00e0 sostenibile<\/a> del progetto:\r\n\r\n<strong>\u2022 Fino al 97\u202f% di camion in meno<\/strong>\r\nL\u2019utilizzo di Nuovo Elevetor ha ridotto la logistica da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/it\/progetti\/campus-hfarm\/\" target=\"_blank\">1.250 a soli 38 camion<\/a>, abbattendo significativamente i costi di trasporto e le emissioni di carbonio.\r\n<strong>\u2022 Design modulare regolabile<\/strong>\r\nGli elementi regolabili in altezza (105 cm e 125 cm) si sono adattati facilmente ai livelli di fondazione richiesti.\r\n<strong>\u2022 Installazione pi\u00f9 rapida<\/strong>\r\nI moduli leggeri in plastica riciclata hanno semplificato la movimentazione e l\u2019installazione senza strumenti meccanici o macchinari pesanti, migliorando l\u2019efficienza in cantiere.\r\n<strong>\u2022 Elevata capacit\u00e0 portante<\/strong>\r\nNuovo Elevetor ha garantito una resistenza alla compressione fino a 5.000 kg\/m\u00b2, supportando i carichi operativi dell\u2019edificio.\r\n<strong>\u2022 Spazio ispezionabile integrato<\/strong>\r\nIl vuoto sotto la soletta ha creato un vespaio ispezionabile per il passaggio degli impianti (MEP) e la mitigazione del vapore.\r\n<strong>\u2022 Sostenibilit\u00e0 migliorata<\/strong>\r\nRiducendo l\u2019uso di ghiaia e grazie alla produzione con plastica riciclata, New Elevetor ha minimizzato l\u2019impiego di materie prime e il carbonio incorporato, in linea con gli obiettivi ambientali del progetto.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<font size=\"+2\">Per utilizzare Nuovo Elevetor nel tuo prossimo progetto, contatta Luca Zausa all\u2019indirizzo <a href=\"mailto: luca.zausa@geoplastglobal.com\">luca.zausa@geoplastglobal.com<\/a> o collegati con lui su <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/luca-zausa-a306341\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Linkedin<\/a>.<\/font>\r\n\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zanon Architetti Associati (ZAA) ha utilizzato Geoplast Nuovo Elevetor presso l\u2019H-FARM per realizzare le fondazioni con il 97\u202f% di trasporto in meno, aumentando la redditivit\u00e0 sostenibile del progetto.
