Le residenze sono progettate con altezze variabili da 6 a 13 piani e ricordano le forme in movimento. Quando il calcestruzzo fu versato e gli elementi di Skydome furono rimossi, i soffitti a nido d&#8217;ape furono lasciati esposti. La piazza principale della zona, chiamata piazza Adriano Olivetti, copre una superficie di circa 5.000 mq ed \u00e8 toccata da un&#8217;altra opera di Starchitect &#8211; Fondazione Prada di Rem Koolhaas.
