Para estar a la altura de esta ambici\u00f3n, los cimientos se construyeron utilizando Geoplast <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/es\/productos\/cimientos\/nuevo-elevetor\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Nuevo Elevetor<\/a>,  reduciendo el  transporte en un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/es\/proyectos\/hfarm-campus-distrito-escolar\/\" target=\"_blank\">97 %<\/a> mejorando la rentabilidad y la sostenibilidad del proyecto.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<strong style=\"font-size:36px; line-height: 1.2;\">Relleno con grava: mayor coste de transporte e impacto medioambiental<\/strong>\r\n\r\nEl proyecto requer\u00eda el relleno de la losa de la planta baja de 25.000 m\u00b2 a dos alturas diferentes: 105 cm y 125 cm. El  uso de materiales tradicionales como la grava habr\u00eda requerido 1.250 camiones, lo que habr\u00eda supuesto unos elevados  costes de transporte e instalaci\u00f3n. El cliente necesitaba una soluci\u00f3n innovadora para los cimientos que fuera m\u00e1s  eficaz, rentable y acorde con los objetivos de sostenibilidad del proyecto.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<strong style=\"font-size:36px; line-height: 1.2;\">Geoplast Nuevo Elevetor: Un 97 % menos de transporte en camiones para la losa de  la planta baja<\/strong>\r\n\r\nNuestros expertos sugirieron utilizar Nuevo Elevetor para la losa de la planta baja, puesto que ofrec\u00eda m\u00faltiples ventajas  para la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/es\/blog\/rentabilidad-sostenible-es-nuestro-enfoque\/\" target=\"_blank\">rentabilidad sostenible<\/a> del proyecto: \r\n\r\n<strong>\u2022 Hasta un 97 % menos de cargas de camiones<\/strong>\r\nEl uso de Nuevo Elevetor redujo la log\u00edstica de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/es\/proyectos\/hfarm-campus-distrito-escolar\/\" target=\"_blank\">1.250 a solo 38 cargas de cami\u00f3n<\/a>, reduciendo significativamente los  costes de transporte y las emisiones de carbono. \r\n<strong>\u2022 Dise\u00f1o modular ajustable<\/strong>\r\nLos elementos ajustables en altura del sistema (105 cm y 125 cm) se adaptan f\u00e1cilmente a los niveles de cimentaci\u00f3n  requeridos.\r\n<strong>\u2022 Instalaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida<\/strong>\r\nLos m\u00f3dulos ligeros de pl\u00e1stico reciclado simplificaron la manipulaci\u00f3n y la instalaci\u00f3n sin necesidad de herramientas  mec\u00e1nicas ni maquinaria pesada, lo que mejor\u00f3 la eficiencia in situ. \r\n<strong>\u2022 Alta capacidad de carga<\/strong>\r\nNuevo Elevetor proporcion\u00f3 una resistencia a la compresi\u00f3n de hasta 5.000 kg\/m\u00b2, soportando las cargas operativas del  edificio\r\n<strong>\u2022 Espacio de acceso integrado bajo el suelo <\/strong>\r\nEl hueco debajo de la losa cre\u00f3 un espacio de acceso inspeccionable para el tendido de los sistemas mec\u00e1nicos,  el\u00e9ctricos y de plomer\u00eda (MEP) y la mitigaci\u00f3n del vapor.\r\n<strong>\u2022 Sostenibilidad mejorada<\/strong>\r\nAl reducir el uso de grava y estar fabricado con pl\u00e1stico reciclado, Nuevo Elevetor minimiz\u00f3 el uso de materias primas y el  carbono incorporado, en consonancia con los objetivos medioambientales del proyecto.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<font size=\"+2\">Para usar Nuevo Elevetor en su pr\u00f3ximo proyecto, p\u00f3ngase en contacto con Luca Zausa al <a href=\"mailto: luca.zausa@geoplastglobal.com\">luca.zausa@geoplastglobal.com<\/a> o con\u00e9ctese con \u00e9l en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/luca-zausa-a306341\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Linkedin<\/a>.<\/font>\r\n\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zanon Architetti Associati (ZAA) utiliz\u00f3 Nuevo Elevetor de Geoplast en H-FARM para construir cimientos con un 97 % menos de transporte, incrementando la rentabilidad sostenible del proyecto.
