Here, they were used for the construction of the new<strong> Bellamonte Mountain Shelter<\/strong> near<a href=\"http:\/\/www.skiareaalpelusia.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> Bellamonte\u00a0 &#8211; Alpe Lusia Ski Center<\/a>, a very famous ski area in the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fiemme_Valley\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fiemme Valley<\/a>.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/en\/products\/slabs\/new-nautilus-evo\/\">New Nautilus Evo<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/en\/products\/foundations\/multimodulo\/\">Multimodulo<\/a> perfectly lent themselves for this project, that was commissioned by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.concicostruzioni.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Conci Costruzioni Srl<\/a>. The shelter will be provided with a bar and a restaurant, opened all year around. Our solutions were an excellent choice because they are ideal for these types of buildings. In particular,\u00a0<strong>800 sqm<\/strong>\u00a0of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/en\/products\/slabs\/new-nautilus-evo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">New Nautilus Evo<\/a> H20 were used for the construction of the first slab and <strong>500 sqm ca<\/strong> of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/en\/products\/slabs\/new-nautilus-evo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">New Nautilus Evo<\/a> H28 for the second slab. They offered the <strong>reduction of the slab&#8217;s weight up to the 30%<\/strong>, together with the rigidity of the bi-directional behavior of the slabs, that make easier the operations in any type of worksite.\r\n\r\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-67100 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/DSC_0131.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1240\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/DSC_0131.jpg 1240w, https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/DSC_0131-300x121.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/DSC_0131-768x310.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/DSC_0131-1024x413.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/DSC_0131-224x90.jpg 224w, https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/DSC_0131-124x50.jpg 124w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1240px) 100vw, 1240px\" \/>\r\n\r\n<strong>950 sqm<\/strong> of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/en\/products\/foundations\/multimodulo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Multimodulo<\/a> H30 were then used for the shelter&#8217;s foundations. This solution is ideal for the construction of solid foundation slabs, with a <strong>high load-bearing capacity<\/strong> both static and dynamic. It creates a light foundation, reducing the concrete consumption and creating a void space for the <strong>ventilation and the passage of installations.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nMoreover, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/en\/products\/slabs\/new-nautilus-evo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">New Nautilus Evo<\/a> is recommended to be used in <strong>multi-story\u00a0buildings<\/strong>, in fact in comparison to a full slab solution, it is possible to reduce the concrete consumption and the slab&#8217;s weight. This operation can be repeated on all the floors, in order to reduce also the loads on pillars and foundations, cutting down the costs considerably. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/en\/products\/foundations\/multimodulo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Multimodulo<\/a>\u00a0is also perfect for <strong>large buildings<\/strong>, in fact, the need to create a healthier environment is bigger in those buildings used to accommodate a lot of people. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/en\/products\/foundations\/multimodulo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Multimodulo<\/a> permits the creation of a ventilated foundation, in a short period of time, with just one pour and reducing any structural failure of the foundations.\r\n\r\nIn general, our products offer multiple advantages in the worksite:\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/en\/products\/slabs\/new-nautilus-evo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">New Nautilus Evo<\/a>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li><strong>Large spans:<\/strong> it is possible to create slabs with spans up to 20 meters, without beams or protruding elements;<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Lightness:<\/strong> the flat intrados bi-directional configuration, allows the maximum reduction of the slab&#8217;s weight, keeping intact the high structural performances;<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Optimization:<\/strong> the combination of large spans and lightweight slabs, allows the reduction of the load on pillars and foundations in order to optimize the distribution of the pillars in the building.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/en\/products\/foundations\/multimodulo\/\">Multimodulo<\/a>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li><strong>Fast installation:<\/strong> when compared to traditional systems, it guarantees a faster installation up to the 80% (in respect to the use of traditional inert materials);<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Savings:<\/strong> in comparison to the use of traditional inert materials, it is possible to have savings both in terms of transport and installation;<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Monolithic:<\/strong> Thanks to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/en\/products\/foundations\/multimodulo\/accessories\/geoblock\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Geoblock<\/a>, that is an adjustable extension provided along with Multimodulo, it is possible to create a monolithic foundation, with an optimal structural behavior.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/en\/projects\/new-nautilus-evo-and-multimodulo-case-study-a-new-mountain-shelter-near-trento-in-fiemme-valley-italy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">More about the Project<\/a>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recently, New Nautilus Evo, our permanent void former for lightweight bidirectional slabs, and Multimodulo,\u00a0our permanent crawl space formwork, multiple version, were chosen in Predazzo, Fiemme Valley in Trentino-Alto Adige\/S\u00fcdtirol region.
