Our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/en\/projects\/\" target=\"_blank\">products<\/a> once again proved that construction can be significantly more profitable and efficient, while substantially <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/en\/blog\/sustainable-profitability-is-our-approach\/\" target=\"_blank\">improving sustainability<\/a>. We have also grown our consulting service and further invested in software solutions, giving our clients and partners even more support and value.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<strong style=\"font-size:30px; line-height: 1.6;\">2025 &#8211; construction is not where it could be<\/strong>\r\n\r\nWhile we had the best year ever, this was not enough to change construction globally. The construction industry is still far behind where it could be. It should be <strong>more profitable, efficient, and sustainable<\/strong> if it adopted more contemporary solutions. Specifically, these are the most common construction problems that could be fixed easily:\r\n\r\n<strong>\u2022 Poor energy efficiency<\/strong> &#8211; many buildings are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eea.europa.eu\/en\/topics\/in-depth\/buildings-and-construction\" target=\"_blank\">unnecessarily wasting energy<\/a> by ignoring basic and well-established solutions,\r\n\r\n<strong>\u2022 Ignoring climate change<\/strong> &#8211; buildings and cities are still not well prepared for its impacts and related events, especially stormwater management and heat escalations,\r\n\r\n<strong>\u2022 Local situations are still underestimated<\/strong> &#8211; the world is building at the fastest pace in history, which includes building in more demanding, extreme, and remote locations. These building projects should also be efficient, profitable, and sustainable,\r\n\r\n<strong>\u2022 Unhealthy buildings<\/strong> &#8211; many buildings are not as healthy as they could be. The lack of ventilation and greenery is a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S2772653324000145\" target=\"_blank\">deterring factor for the health of the tenants<\/a>,\r\n\r\n<strong>\u2022 Virgin and polluting materials still dominate<\/strong> &#8211; the use of recycled and cleaner materials has not grown and is actually diminishing relative to the total size of materials used.\r\n&nbsp;\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<strong style=\"font-size:32px; line-height: 1.6;\">2026 &#8211; we will try even harder to bring construction on the right path<\/strong>\r\n\r\nWe are planning to invest in the following areas that we believe, if scaled, will influence positive changes and solve the above problems in construction:\r\n\r\n<strong>\u2022 Accelerating product innovation rate<\/strong> &#8211; Geoplast has always had a very high innovation rate, sometimes even launching several new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/en\/products\/\" target=\"_blank\">products<\/a> per year. We aim to further accelerate innovation in both new products and the upgrade of current ones,\r\n\r\n<strong>\u2022 AI adoption at all levels of our global network<\/strong> &#8211; AI will increase our work efficiency drastically, giving much more resources to creative work to everyone in our network &#8211; our clients, partners, employees,\r\n\r\n<strong>\u2022 More powerful consulting<\/strong> &#8211; expanded, faster, and more accessible consulting for all sizes of projects will further accelerate adoption globally,\r\n\r\n<strong>\u2022 Robotics to accelerate on-site adoption<\/strong> &#8211; we will start investing in research into how robots can use our products in construction sites to improve safety, speed, and affordability of building construction and maintenance,\r\n\r\n<strong>\u2022 Expanding local presence<\/strong> &#8211; a growing partner network will deliver better support, faster execution, and reliable results worldwide.\r\n&nbsp;\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<strong style=\"font-size:32px; line-height: 1.6;\">2026 &#8211; let&#8217;s work together<\/strong>\r\n\r\nWe are not only a company.
