It is clear to us that manufacturing energy and efficiency must constantly be innovated and improved. As a response, we have made necessary investments in our energy and manufacturing efficiency. We have upgraded our manufacturing lines with new equipment that includes 8 new generation full-electric machines for injection molding.\r\n\r\nWe estimate that the following improvement milestones will be reached:\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t\t<li><strong>More than 30 % decrease in electricity use<\/strong>, reduced carbon footprint, and even greater cost savings,<\/li>\r\n\t\t<li><strong>20 % increase in productivity<\/strong> through reduced maintenance and improved production flow,<\/li>\r\n\t\t<li><strong>60 % machine maintenance cost-savings<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\nIn addition, our production facilities are getting new 1 MW photovoltaic solar panels this September, which will guarantee an <strong>additional 15 % saving in energy use<\/strong>.\r\n\r\nThese upgrades were also necessary because of the increased demand for our recycled plastic products in recent years, due to their ease of use, durability, cost-efficiency, and sustainability. \r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Most European manufacturers have been challenged by the recent energy costs and issues.
