Some expect to create the emission-free cement made without the use of fossil fuels and use the electricity from renewable resources. There is scientific research going on in many laboratories &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/news.mit.edu\/2019\/carbon-dioxide-emissions-free-cement-0916\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MIT research<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/rediscoverconcrete.com\/assets\/files\/revised-contempra-fact-sheet_v2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Portland Limestone cement<\/a>, or <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cenin.co.uk\/products\/default.aspx?id=43&amp;Ultra%20Low%20Carbon%20Cements\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cenin cement<\/a>, to name a few.\r\n\r\nThe other approach aims to <strong>massively reduce concrete use<\/strong>. This means inventing products that, embedded in construction, reduce the concrete volume used on the scale of the whole building. Supporting this option, especially in large-scale projects and complexes, our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/en\/products\/foundations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">foundations<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplastglobal.com\/en\/products\/slabs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">slabs<\/a> products help decrease CO2 emission and save up to 20 % of concrete. Reduction in concrete also reduces building time and machinery use, which also reduce CO2 emissions.\r\n\r\nLarge projects significantly decrease concrete and pollution. Lightened slabs were chosen as solution to provide adaptable and transformable interior space.
