Es ist U-f\u00f6rmig, mit einem S\u00fcdfl\u00fcgel, der das Wohnzimmer und die offene K\u00fcche und den Essbereich umfasst, und einem Nordfl\u00fcgel, der die Schlafzimmer und B\u00e4der umfasst.\r\n\r\nDas Haus steht auf einem Fl\u00f6\u00dferfundament, da das Gebiet von Erdf\u00e4llen betroffen ist.
